Client account separation: Each client must use their own separate FROS user and business account. Freelancers must not create or manage their clients as internal businesses within the freelancer's own FROS profile. Client access must be authorized and managed through the appropriate FROS client relationship and permission process.
Confidentiality and client authorization: Before accessing client information, the freelancer must sign a confidentiality and data protection undertaking, and the client must sign an authorization for the freelancer to access and process the specified personal and business data. Both signed documents must be submitted to FROS for review.

Independent professional arrangement: Freelancers are independent service providers, not employees of FROS Technologies. Professional fees are agreed directly between the freelancer and the client. Applicable FROS subscription fees are charged separately for access to platform services.
